ABOUT THE POSITION
As Senior Operations Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the training as well as the control of our customers' orders. You communicate the customers' concerns internally and act as an interface to other departments for all questions regarding order processing and existing customers.
You act as an interface between our international suppliers and customers to ensure that customer orders are processed on time and on schedule.
